| As of 1983 Systec has participated as an external technical auditor of works for the “Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores” (National Fund for Housing for Workers Institute), known as INFONAVIT, and through technical inspections of residential complex developments has carried out samplings as selected by the Institute’s Vigilance Committee.
During the past twenty years 700 residential complex developments financed by the Institute have been inspected. This signifies a larger number than the 300,000 houses audited by this company.
Systec’s principal objective is to verify the quality of the dwelling, including material and workmanship, among other elements. The auditors verify that the urban planning, the infrastructure and the context, in general, follow INFONAVIT’s guidelines, as well as those of the municipal and state authorities.
Also, the auditing carries out a detailed follow-up of the commentaries derived from the technical inspections, and includes in the corresponding report the results of the consultants’ observations.
The timeliness, the objectivity, the clarity and the fulfillment of the contract between INFONAVIT and Systec have resulted in our client’s complete satisfaction, validated by quarterly questionnaires prepared with criteria of integrity and always tending towards continuous improvement.
